How to Fill Out FedEx Expanded Service International Air Waybill
For express freight services (over 68 kg), dangerous goods handling, FedEx International Broker Select®, and Letters of Credit shipments.
A Packing List is required if there is more than one package under one air waybill or if the shipment weighs more than 100kgs. Please note that this requirement may differ between markets based on the commodities being shipped. The list must correctly and clearly describe the goods, quantity and weight.
Special License or other documentation
Certain commodities require a Special License or other documentation either at the origin or destination, or due to specific clearance procedures.
When shipping to destinations such as the U.S. and China, you may need to complete additional documentation, which is required under the law of the destination country/territory. Accurate completion of the documentation will assist the customs authorities in processing your shipment more efficiently.
