Ancillary Clearance Service Fee
Import shipments may incur ancillary clearance service fees. We may apply and invoice these fees, which are subject to change, to Shippers, Consignees or Third Party-based customers.*

Fees are listed in Philippine Peso. They are assessed per shipment unless otherwise noted.

Warehouse Processing Charges
Depending on the nature of the shipment, it may be assessed a Warehouse Processing Charge, which is comprised of two components:
Advancement Fee (for duties and taxes)
The higher value of PHP 105, or 2% of duty and tax. No advancement fee shall be assessed on ancillary services. (Duty and Tax threshold: only total amount over PHP 275.99 is assessed with advancement fee)
Description of Fees
Warehouse Processing Charges Local charges for the handling of non-document shipments. This may be comprised of a local warehouse handling fee (for any non-document shipment, as well as documents weighing over 10kg), and/or storage fees (for shipments held in the FedEx facility for over 48 hours). The storage fees may also be reflected as “storage charges” in your invoice. Please contact our Customer Service hotlines for more information about the fees on your shipment.
Advancement Fee Duties, taxes and other charges might be due when importing a shipment. FedEx may advance these fees as assessed by Customs on behalf of the payer. A fee will be based on the advanced amount.
