Select ‘Hold at Location’ when booking your shipment. Or include the option at checkout to choose a FedEx location.
We’ll notify your customer when it’s ready for collection.

Send a package to your customer’s address and offer them the option to redirect it while en route.
Your customer can redirect it to a nearby FedEx location using FedEx Delivery Manager® or our local delivery partner app.

Send a package to your customer’s address as usual.
If they’re not in, we’ll take it to the nearest location and leave them a card with instructions.

Whether a package can be dropped off depends on the location and details like size, weight and value. For packages shipped internationally, you’ll also need customs documents.
Opening times vary by country and location. Many locations are open evenings and weekends.
Lockers are often available 24/7. Find opening times here.
Holding times vary by country and location. In Europe, for instance, your package will typically be held for 3–10 days. The receiver is notified exactly how long they have to pick up and, if it’s not collected, it will be sent back to you.
