How to redeem your eShipping voucher

1. Complete the voucher with the 9-digit FedEx account number and FedEx invoice number for which you wish to apply the voucher and offset your payment. Voucher with incomplete/incorrect FedEx account number and invoice number will not be processed.

2. Submit the voucher to fschk@fedex.com. In the email subject line, please state: My FedEx Rewards – Invoice No. [Indicate your FedEx invoice no.]

3. Submit any remaining balance of your payment to FedEx via your usual payment method before the invoice due date.

4. Important note: This voucher can only be used to offset basic freight service charges. It cannot be used to offset payment for duties, taxes, ancillary charges, surcharges (including, but not limited to, dynamic fuel surcharges), handling or billing fees.

5. Important note:If you have multiple FedEx eShipping Vouchers and would like to use the voucher(s) to offset for different FedEx invoice(s), please complete only the voucher(s) you would like to use and submit the request via separate email for each FedEx invoice.

eShipping voucher terms and conditions

1. This voucher is valid till the expiry date printed on the voucher to offset your freight service charges for one (1) FedEx invoice

2. This voucher is a one-time offer and can only be redeemed by the intended recipient, and it is good for its value to offset freight service charges against one (1) FedEx invoice billed to the intended recipient’s valid FedEx account number.

3. This voucher does not cover duties, taxes, ancillary charges, surcharges (including but not limited to dynamic fuel surcharges), handling or billing fees.

4. The voucher must be submitted to: fschk@fedex.com.

5. The outstanding payment should be paid before the invoice due date.

6 Voucher with incomplete / incorrect invoice no. will not be processed.

7. The voucher cannot be used for cash-prepaid shipments (billed to credit card).

8. The voucher is not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, defaced, stolen, expired, and/or voided.

9. The voucher, including any unused value cannot be exchanged for cash, cash equivalents or any other gifts, good or services of equal value.

10. More than one (1) eShipping Voucher can be used to offset for one (1) FedEx invoice. Subject to FedEx review if necessary. 

11. FedEx shall not be responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liability of any kind whatsoever suffered, arising from or in connection with such unauthorized use.

12. FedEx reserves the right to amend the offer as well as the Terms and Conditions of this campaign at any time, without prior notice.
