On May 1st 2019, FC (Flying Cargo) Express Ltd. transferred its international express business in Israel to FedEx Express Israel International Ltd. 

FedEx Express and TNT will now come together and join their forces in Israel, in a world that becomes more connected. Combine the largest airline network in the world with an unparalleled European road network - drawing on the strengths of both companies to offer you more and more possibilities.

Successful integrations take time. That’s why we’re working in stages – each of which will bring different parts of FedEx Express and TNT together, and deliver improvements to your service.

Early stages of the integration will be visible in (date) when we combine the FedEx Express and TNT operations in Israel.

As we bring local ground operations together, your cut-off and pick-up times might change. FedEx Express and TNT have worked together to plan and optimise local ground network and maintained or improved coverage, cut-off and pick-up times without compromising the service you've come to expect from both brands. We will inform you when changes impact your area. Until then, it's business as usual.

There are no changes to the products and services offered by TNT and FedEx Express. Each stage of the integration journey will bring new improvements to the services we offer. We'll be excited to share new opportunities with you as soon as they become available.

You can rely on the same assigned courier, customer service team and sales representative that you are currently dealing with.

TNT customers shipping to or from an embargoed country under U.S. export regulations were notified in February 2016 that all services to or from such countries were discontinued with effect from April 4, 2016.

There are no changes to your pick-up times or delivery schedules.

Each company's packaging is customised and optimised for its own delivery network and as such should only be used with the company who supplied the packaging. You may ship using your own packaging or using the shipping company's packaging but please do not mix packaging.
