How can I pay the duties and taxes?

There are four ways you can pay the duties and taxes to FedEx:

1. Online

You can pay securely online using our payment portal. Additional payment methods are now available, giving you more choice in how you pay.

If we sent you an email or SMS requesting payment, you can also use the payment link in the message. The link is unique to your shipment.

2. FedEx Billing Online

If you’re a regular customer, you can sign up to FedEx Billing Online to receive your invoices electronically. You can also pay your invoices securely using the payment methods available.

3. Electronic bank transfer

To pay by bank transfer, please use the following details:

IMPORTANT: When making an EFT transfer please ensure you quote your invoice number or when paying multiple invoices include your customer number to ensure prompt and accurate allocation, alternatively send a remittance advice to: pagamenti@fedex.com.

4. Cash/Cheque payment

You can pay in cash or by cheque directly to the courier.
