Please send your remittance to JP-paymentadvice@fedex.com after payment. Please remember to include your FedEx Account Number, Invoice Number, and the Payment Amount in your email. 

For your convenience, there are a number of ways for you to settle your bill.


Pay for FedEx services with QR Pay

Make payments faster and more convenient with FedEx QR Pay. Scan a QR code, add invoices, and pay using credit card, e-wallet, or bank transfer. ​

Payment options and service types, including freight charges, duties and taxes, prepaid freight, and import-related fees, may vary by market.​

Option 2 : Direct debit (not applicable for miscellaneous billing service)

Direct debit services are provided on the basis of a tri-party agreement between FedEx, customers and their bank. Payments are made automatically so bills are never forgotten. You can sign up for direct debit by completing a direct debit registration form and return the filled out hard copy to us at the following address. The form with terms and conditions can be found here where you can download and print.

The direct debit service will start approximately 1-2 months later after receiving the application form from the customer and obtaining approval from the bank.

Option 3 : Convenience store payment

Convenience store payment enables customer to make payments as they are more easily accessible than banks in terms of both location and business hours. Convenience stores are found everywhere and open 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

For invoices amount less than 300,000 yen, you can use the Convenience Store Payment form inserted on our invoices or post cards.
