You will need to complete the following steps prior to the delivery of your relevant shipment to secure your discount.

- Log in to the Customer Activity Center (CAC) with a valid FedEx user ID
- Navigate to the "MSS Shipping" section
- Click on "Upload MSS"
- Select your account for shipping
- Download the template to get the air waybill file
- Update your air waybill number, save the file, and upload it
- Check the status of the processed air waybill from the CAC or email report sent to you
