FedEx Import Tool – Importer Profile Registration Form

Welcome to the FedEx Import Tool Registration Form! This form is used to register your Importer Profile in our customer profile database.  With this profile created, once your customer profile is matched in our clearance process, you will have full visibility of your import shipments through the FedEx Import Tool.

Important Note: You should not provide clearance instructions nor submit supporting documents through this form. The information you provide in this registration form will be collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found at Privacy Policy/Statement. By submitting the following Importer Profile registration form, you expressly agree with the following Conditions of Use.

Conditions of use:

  1. Only customers who have a corporate registration number, customs importer code, or JASTPRO code can apply for access to FedEx Import Tool.
  2. Registration requests cannot be made on your behalf by a third-party.
  3. You can request to add or delete email address under Importer profile.
  4. Please note that it may take several business days to process your request before you can access the FedEx Import Tool.  Once your registration is successfully completed, notifications may be sent to the email address(es) registered under your Importer Profile regarding the following events:
    1. The import shipment is ready for dispatch at the origin, and the import clearance process has started.
    2. The import shipment is missing clearance information required for declaration.

Important note: Automated email notifications are not guaranteed. Notifications may not be sent if an irregular processing condition occurs.
