FedEx Hello Malaysia Instagram Giveaway (“Promotion”)
PROMOTION SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. By submitting an entry into this promotion, you will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
Promotion Period:
2. This promotion commences on January 12, 2026 at 11:00 am Malaysia time and concludes on January 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm Malaysia time.
3. Entry to Promotion
i. Entry into this promotion is open to Instagram users who are residents of Malaysia.
ii. To enter this promotion, participants must successfully follow the FedEx Singapore (@fedex_malaysia) Instagram account, “like” the pinned giveaway post, answer the promotion question “What’s your favorite thing about Malaysia?” in the comment section of the giveaway post, and tag 2 friends.
iii. Persons under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
iv. Incomprehensible, objectionable, and incomplete entries will be invalid and will not be eligible to win.
v. FedEx accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
4. Prizes, Selection and Notice of Winners
i. Ten (10) winners with the most unique answers to the question “What’s your favorite thing about Malaysia?” in the comment section will be selected to win.
ii. Ten (10) winners will receive the item below:
1 x FedEx Boeing 777F Miniature Plane 1:400
iii. FedEx reserves the right to replace the reward stated herein with other items of equivalent value without notice. The reward stated herein cannot be exchanged for cash, cash-equivalents or any other gifts, goods or service of value.
iv. The winners will be notified within 4 weeks of the end of the promotion period through Instagram Direct Message and will be informed on how to collect their prizes.
v. In the event that any reward is not claimed within 30 days after the winner is contacted, the reward will be forfeited.
5. General
i. FedEx shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered by a participant or other parties in connection with this promotion, including but not limited to personal injury and tax obligations that may arise from accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
ii. Eligibility excludes the directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of FedEx, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the promotion stated herein as well as employees, agents, officers, and representatives of any government department, government owned entity, juristic person funded by any government department, political party or public international organization, or any candidates for political office.
iii. FedEx reserves the right to require the winner(s) to execute a certificate of eligibility prior to awarding the winner(s) with the prize, confirming that the winner is not excluded from entry into this promotion pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and that the winner(s) has complied fully with these Terms and Conditions. Truthful completion of this certificate is a precondition to the award of the prizes.
iv. FedEx is committed to data privacy compliance. Your personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, transferred, shared and otherwise handled/processed (including across jurisdictions) by FedEx entities and affiliates (collectively “FedEx” for the purposes of this Clause), for relationship management, marketing, advertising and promotion purposes. These purposes include any other purpose as authorized by you, or as otherwise required or permitted by law. FedEx, its authorized agents, service providers and/or business/marketing partners may contact you via any mode and media about products and services offered by FedEx regardless of your registration(s) with any do not contact/call registry. Where your consent is required, by submitting your personal information and/or participating in this promotion, you expressly provide such consent. In addition, you hereby represent and warrant that you are the user and/or subscriber of the contact details provided by you.
v. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised by the participant, each participant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database which may be used by FedEx in any media for future promotional and publicity purposes.
vi. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures and any other causes beyond the control of FedEx, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, FedEx reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.
vii. In the event of any discrepancies, inconsistencies or inaccuracies with respect to this promotion, FedEx's decision is final and no other further correspondence will be accepted. FedEx will not be obliged to award the prizes if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.
viii. FedEx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
