By submitting this form, You hereby accept and agree with the terms and conditions of the FedEx LEO License Agreement, which terms and conditions shall govern Your access and use of FedEx Technology (as defined in the FedEx LEO License Agreement) provided to You by FedEx from time to time, regardless of whether any such access and use occurs on a single occasion or over separate occasions, and regardless of whether any such access and use is in relation to the same FedEx Technology.
3. Your personal data may be handled by Federal Express, its parent and affiliates, (collectively “FedEx”) for purposes relating to the management and/or administration of the Contractor Services and FedEx Technology, and for any other purpose as authorized by You, and/or as otherwise required or permitted by law. In any case where FedEx collects, transfers personal data (including across jurisdictions), or otherwise processes personal data, it is subject to appropriate safeguards, in accordance with applicable laws. Where Your consent is required, by submitting the form and/or data to FedEx, You expressly provide such consent to FedEx. Where Your consent is required, You may refuse to provide or withdraw Your consent, but doing so will prevent You from using or having access to any of the FedEx Technology. At the same time, it should be noted that doing so may impact the provision of the Contractor Services, and for avoidance of doubt, this shall not prevent FedEx from exercising our legal rights and remedies (including undertaking any steps as we may be entitled to at law). In addition, You hereby represent and warrant that You are the user and/or subscriber of the contact details provided by You. You also agree that FedEx may contact You via any mode and media about Your access to and use of the FedEx Technology and/or about any aspect of the Contractor Services.
