Celebrating Connections Facebook Contest with FedEx Malaysia (“Campaign”)

CAMPAIGN SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By submitting the Microsoft Form, you will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Campaign Period: This Campaign commences on August 26, 2025 at 12:00 am Malaysia time and concludes on September 10, 2025 at 11:59 pm Malaysia time.

3. Entry to Campaign 

  1. Entry into this Campaign is open to all Facebook users who liked FedEx APAC Facebook Page ("Participant").
  2. Participants who liked FedEx APAC Facebook Page and submitted the complete Microsoft Form are automatically enrolled in this Campaign.
  3. FedEx will only accept one entry per Facebook user. If there are multiple entries per Facebook user, the earliest date of entry will be taken as the valid entry and the other entries will be void. If there are multiple entries with the same date per Facebook user, all the entries by the same Facebook user will be void.
  4. Persons under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
  5. Incomprehensible, objectionable and incomplete entries will be invalid and will not be eligible for the rewards.
  6. FedEx accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

4. Rewards; Selection and Notice of Winners 

  1. The 68th eligible Participant (based on form submission time) who submits a completed Microsoft Form and correctly answers all three (3) questions during the Campaign Period will be entitled to receive one (1) custom photo book (“Reward”) from Photobook Malaysia.
  2. Incomplete submissions and/or submissions with incorrect answers will be disqualified and will not be counted towards the 68th entry position.
  3. The eligible Participant is entitled to receive one (1) reward only, regardless of the number of entries submitted.
  4. FedEx reserves the right to replace the Reward stated herein with other items of equivalent value without notice. The Rewards stated herein are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
  5. Eligible Participant will be notified by one month after the end of the Campaign Period via the registered contact details.
  6. The redemption period with Photobook Malaysia will be from October 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025.
  7. Rewards not redeemed within the stipulated period will be forfeited.

5. General

  1. FedEx shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered by a participant or other parties in connection with this Campaign, including but not limited to personal injury and tax obligations that may arise from accepting any of the rewards, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  2. Eligibility excludes the directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of FedEx, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the promotion stated herein as well as employees, agents, officers, and representatives of any government department, government owned entity, juristic person funded by any government department, political party or public international organization, or any candidates for political office.
  3. FedEx reserves the right to require the winner(s) to execute a certificate of eligibility prior to awarding the winner(s) with the prize, confirming that the winner is not excluded from entry into this Campaign pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and that the winner(s) has complied fully with these Terms and Conditions. Truthful completion of this certificate is a precondition to the award of the rewards.
  4. FedEx is committed to data privacy compliance. Your personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, transferred, shared and otherwise handled/processed (including across jurisdictions) by FedEx entities and affiliates (collectively “FedEx” for the purposes of this Clause), for relationship management, marketing, advertising and promotion purposes. These purposes include any other purpose as authorized by you, or as otherwise required or permitted by law. FedEx, its authorized agents, service providers and/or business/marketing partners may contact you via any mode and media about products and services offered by FedEx regardless of your registration(s) with any do not contact/call registry. Where your consent is required, by submitting your personal information and/or participating in this campaign, you expressly provide such consent. In addition, you hereby represent and warrant that you are the user and/or subscriber of the contact details provided by you.
  5. If this Campaign is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures and any other causes beyond the control of FedEx, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, FedEx reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Campaign.
  6. The terms and conditions of carriage in the applicable FedEx Express Air Waybill, in effect on the day of any shipment, shall apply to the shipment. If there is a conflict between the terms of the FedEx Express Air Waybill and these Terms and Conditions, the former will control.
  7. In the event of any discrepancies, inconsistencies or inaccuracies with respect to this Campaign, FedEx's decision is final and no other further correspondence will be accepted. FedEx will not be obliged to award the rewards if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.
  8. FedEx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
