How can I track my parcel without a tracking number?
Your FedEx shipment number consists of 12 or 13 digits and is usually provided in the email or SMS notification you receive about your shipment.
If you don't have your shipment number, you can still track your package using the reference number provided by the shipper when the shipment was created. Go to All Tracking Services and select ‘Track by reference’, then enter the reference number and the required information.
If you don't have a shipment number or a reference number, please contact the sender. They can provide the information you need to track your shipment.
