How will I be billed for a multiple piece shipment that is sent with a single air waybill?
For multiple-piece shipments, each package within the shipment will have a "rated weight" determined, which will be based on the greater value among the package's actual weight, dimensional weight, or weight calculated by our system using the total shipment weight. The sum of the rated weights for individual packages within the multiple-piece shipment will then be used as the shipment-level weight for calculating the freight charge.
