How can I reschedule a delivery?

To arrange a new delivery, follow the instructions on the Missed You Card left by the courier or use the link provided in the delivery update email sent to you.

If you want to make changes before the first delivery attempt, just check your delivery options on the tracking page using your tracking number under ‘Manage delivery’, or use the ‘Manage Delivery’ button in the email sent to you.

Depending on your country and shipment type, you can choose to have your package delivered:

●      On a later date

●      To a neighbor

●      To a safe place

●      To a pickup point

●      To another address

●      With extra instructions for the driver

Please note that not all shipments can be changed — for example, if they contain dangerous goods, are high value, or if the sender hasn’t enabled this option.

You can manage your delivery until 4:00 am on the scheduled delivery day. For security, you’ll need to complete a two-step authentication before making any changes.

The new delivery date must be within 5 business days of the original planned delivery date. If the shipment is held for longer than 5 business days, storage fees may apply.
