What happens if my package was delivered to the wrong location?

If your package shows as delivered but you don’t have it, start by checking with your neighbors or any nearby places where the driver might have left it.

You can also track your package and view the Proof of Delivery (POD) on the tracking page to see where it was dropped off. When you download the POD, it may ask for an account number — you don’t need one to view the PDF. It’s only needed for extra details.

If the POD doesn’t help, go to ‘Manage delivery’ on the tracking page and report the package as missing.

If you received a package that isn’t yours, open AskFedEx and choose ‘Receiving’. You’ll be guided through how to report it, and we’ll contact you with next steps.
