Promotion Terms and Conditions

FedEx and UEFA Champions League Mini Game (this “Promotion”)

1. By participating in this promotion, Facebook users accept these terms and conditions.

Promotion Period (“Promotion Period”)

2. The promotion period is from 11:30 a.m. on April 30, 2026 to 11:59 p.m. on May 31, 2026, and all times are subject to FedEx servers.

Entry to Promotion

3. Entry into this Promotion is open to Facebook users during the Promotion Period (“Participants”).
4. To successfully enroll to this Promotion, Participants must:
   1. Like the designated campaign post related to this activity; and
   2. Submit the answer by clicking the button/link provided in the designated campaign post and complete the required question through the linked form/page. Only entries submitted via the official link will be considered valid.
5. FedEx accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
6. FedEx will only accept one entry per Participant. If there are multiple entries per Participant, the earliest date of entry will be taken as the valid entry and the other entries will be void. If there are multiple entries with the same date per Participant, all the entries by the Participant will be void.
7. This Promotion ends at 11:59 p.m. on May 31, 2026.

Rewards: Selection and Notice of Rewards Recipient

8. Winner must meet the following requirements:
   1. Like the designated campaign post related to this activity; and
   2. The first 10 users who submit the correct answer by clicking the button/link provided in the designated campaign post and complete the required question through the linked form/page. Only entries submitted via the official link will be considered valid.
9. The first 10 winners who meet the above requirements will receive a FedEx and UEFA Champions League gift as indicated in the campaign post.
10. FedEx reserves the right to replace the rewards stated herein with other items of equivalent value without notice.
11. The incentive, including any unused value, cannot be exchanged for cash, cash equivalents or any other gifts, goods or services of equal value.
12. FedEx will notify the winner with the prize arrangement of this Promotion via e-mail within 1 month after the end of the Promotion Period.
13. The pictures and information of the prizes are for reference only, the actual products shall be considered as final.
14. Each Participant can only participate in the event once, and each winner can only receive one prize. All entries are subject to FedEx server records.
15. This event is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by or affiliated with Facebook. The information provided by the Participant is provided to FedEx and not Facebook, and the information provided by the Participant will only be used for the purposes specified in this event or the terms.
16. Any suspected or proven fraud case of any person misusing their Facebook account or participating in the promotion and/or redeeming prizes as a result of this event may result in immediate cancellation and/or suspension of the Participant's registration and/or the prize entitled to the winner.

General Terms and Conditions

1. FedEx shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered by a Participant or other parties in connection with this Promotion, including but not limited to personal injury and tax obligations that may arise from accepting any of the rewards, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2. No liability can be attributed to FedEx in the event of improper use by the Participant of the aforementioned rewards or use by people who are unsuitable due to age or physical/mental conditions.
3. FedEx shall not be liable for any malfunction, defect or issue faced with any product(s) or service(s) issued hereunder as rewards for this Promotion. All guarantees and limitations issued by the supplier in relation to such product(s) and service(s) shall apply.
4. The Participants’ registration information and time for this Promotion recorded by the FedEx server are considered as final. If there is any technical problem with regard to any computers, communication tools and networks or any other factors beyond the reasonable control of FedEx leading to any delays, loss, errors or unrecognizable information of the Participants or prize notifications issued by the FedEx, FedEx is not liable to them and any resulting consequences. FedEx’s decisions are final.
5. Eligibility to participate excludes the directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of FedEx, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the promotion stated herein as well as employees, agents, officers, and representatives of any government department, government owned entity, juristic person funded by any government department, political party or public international organization, or any candidates for political office.
6. FedEx reserves the right to require the Participant(s) to execute a certificate of eligibility prior to awarding the Participant(s) with the prize, confirming that the winner is not excluded from entry into this Promotion pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and that the Participant(s) has complied fully with these Terms and Conditions. If requested by FedEx, truthful completion of this certificate is a precondition to the award of the rewards.
7. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
8. By entering this Promotion, you hereby consent to FedEx, its parent and affiliates (collectively “FedEx” for the purposes of this Clause 21), and their authorized agents, service providers and business/marketing partners to collect, use, disclose, transfer and share the personal data you have provided (including across jurisdictions) for purposes of conducting and administering the Promotion; and relationship management, sales, marketing, advertising, and promotion purposes, which purposes include any other purpose as authorized by you, or as otherwise required or permitted by law. You also agree that: (i) the consent herein overrides any earlier withdrawal of your consent; (ii) the consent herein does not supersede or replace any other consents which you may have provided to FedEx, their authorized agents, service providers and/or business/marketing partners; and (iii) FedEx, their authorized agents, service providers and/or business/marketing partners may contact you via any mode and media about products and services offered by FedEx regardless of your registration(s) with any do not contact/call registry.
9. By entering this Promotion, you hereby consent to Federal Express, its parent and affiliates (collectively “FedEx” for the purposes of this Clause 24), and their authorized agents, service providers and business/marketing partners to collect, use, disclose, transfer and share the personal data you have provided (including across jurisdictions) for purposes of conducting and administering the Promotion; and relationship management, sales, marketing, advertising, and promotion purposes, which purposes include any other purpose as authorized by you, or as otherwise required or permitted by law. 10. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures and any other causes beyond the control of FedEx, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, FedEx reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion.
11. In the event of any discrepancies with respect to this Promotion, the FedEx decision is final and no other further correspondence will be accepted. FedEx will not be obliged to award the rewards if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.
12. FedEx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
