These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the ‘Festive offer’ (the "Offer") provided by FedEx Express Transportation and Supply Chain Services (India) Private Limited ("FedEx"), a company registered and having its registered office at Boomerang, Unit No. 801, 8th Floor, Wings A & B1, Chandivali Farm Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400072 (“FedEx,” “we,” or “us”). 

By participating in the Offer, you (“You,” “Your,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Offer Specifics

A. Offer Period

• The Offer shall commence on October 17, 2025 and end on January 18, 2026 (“Offer Period).

• All personal data collected by FedEx in connection with the Offer will be used, stored and processed in accordance with FedEx’s, terms of use policy, privacy policy and the applicable laws and regulations.

B. Eligible Shipments

• The offer is valid on FedEx International services – FedEx International Priority®.

C. Offer Details

• Customer must be at least eighteen (18) years old to be eligible.

• The Offer is available to cash and retail customers shipping international during the Offer Period. Customers may book gift shipments weighing up to 5 kg and receive a 55% discount on freight charges (excluding taxes and surcharges).

• The offer can be availed at FedEx stores, FedEx Ship Site stores and through Customer Service.

General Terms

• This Offer is not applicable, if you are shipping using your FedEx 9-digit account number.

• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion.

• FedEx disclaims any liability or obligation with respect to claims arising from the Offer.

• The discount provided under this Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

• All shipments made under this Offer are subject to the terms and conditions of carriage set forth in the applicable FedEx Service Guide in effect on the date of shipment (“Conditions of Carriage”). In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Carriage and these Terms, the Conditions of Carriage will prevail.

• FedEx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer and these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

• Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms or applicable rules will result in immediate disqualification from the Offer and any future promotions. FedEx reserves the right to seek legal remedies, including recovery of attorney’s fees, for any damages incurred due to such actions.

• These Terms, together with the FedEx International Conditions of Carriage, constitute the entire Terms governing the Offer and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

• No amendment, modification, or waiver of any provision of these Terms will be valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of FedEx.
