AGREEMENT
This section sets out the terms and conditions of the FedEx “Ship Direct to Europe and Win Big!” Promotion (the "Promotion").
You (hereinafter referred to as "You", "Your", "Customer", or "Participant") agree that the terms and conditions provided in this agreement ("Agreement") govern your participation in the ("Promotion").
By submitting an entry into this Promotion via the registration link stated in Promotion invitation email (“Invitation Email”), you will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
PROMOTION PERIOD (“PROMOTION PERIOD”) & ENTRY TO PROMOTION
This Promotion commences November 20, 2025, and concludes February 20, 2026.
ENTRY TO PROMOTION
- Entry into this promotion is by invite only and open to FedEx account holders who receive the Invitation Email ("Participant").
- To enter this promotion, Participants must ship to Europe and reach the assigned target during the Promotion Period.
- Accounts in cash status/ overdue for payment to FedEx / outstanding payment due to FedEx / dispute, all as determined by FedEx in its sole discretion, are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
- Customers whose accounts are designated as Government Service Account, Interline Account, Global Service Participant Account, FedEx Corporate Account or FedEx WorldWide Service Account, all as determined by FedEx in its sole discretion, are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
- If a Participant is a FedEx business account holder, then an individual may be nominated as its representative ("Nominated Representative") and enter on the Participant’s behalf, but not on his/her own name or on his/her own behalf. Only one Nominated Representative is permitted by account number.
- In case taxes and other levies on the discount/ rewards are imposed by applicable government or tax authorities, the participants shall be fully responsible for its payment.
- The number of eligible shipments is determined based on the number of air waybills. One FedEx air waybill equals one entry.
- Pooling of shipments from multiple accounts is not permitted and such pooled shipments are not eligible to earn rewards in this promotion.
- “Eligible Shipments" must meet the following requirements:
- FedEx International Priority®, FedEx International Economy®, FedEx International Priority Freight®, FedEx International Economy® Freight, FedEx International Economy® DirectDistribution, FedEx International Priority® DirectDistribution, FedEx International First® Spot-rate, Last Minute Rates (LMR), FedEx® Envelope, FedEx® Pak, FedEx 10kg or FedEx 25kg Box service shipments.
- Shipments that outbound to Europe tendered to FedEx during the promotion period (this means those shipments that are tendered to FedEx by a Participant on or after such Participant’s reception of the promotion invitation email, but before the end of the promotion period). outbound shipments are shipped from the Participants’ location in promotion markets.
- Shipments billed to the Participant’s FedEx account and paid in full during the Promotion Period
- Not applicable on Customer Service hotline, SPS service shipments.
- FedEx accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
- FedEx will not entertain any claim or accept any liability whatsoever regarding the Promotion. FedEx shall not be responsible for any delays, or any associated losses, errors or mistaken details communicated by the participants.
- FedEx shall not be responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liability of any kind whatsoever suffered, arising from or in connection with unauthorized use of the account.
- Rewards shall be awarded to, and redound to the benefit of, the registered owner corresponding to a FedEx Account Number qualified to participate under this program as per this set of Terms and Conditions.
- Excluded from participating in this promotion are Customers/account holders who are going through negotiations for contract renewal, participation in new projects, biddings/tenders/request for proposals (RFPs), or any other negotiations that remain pending conclusion during the promotion period.
- By participating in the program, the Participant understands that FedEx is not asking the Participant to make any decisions that are unethical or illegal or in violation of Participant’s own policies.
- Any rewards should only be used for the benefit of the company participating in the program and not the individual employees of that company for personal use.
- The selected customers should not be a government owned or controlled company and should not include government officers
- If the Participant does not want his/her personal information to be utilized by FedEx Express for further promotional or direct marketing activities, the Participant may click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any FedEx Express email notifications.
Selection and Notice of Rewards to Recipient/s
I. Monthly Rewards:
Customers who reach or exceed their monthly shipping targets (once) during the promotion period, based on the incremental shipping revenue categories described below, will stand a chance of winning exciting rewards such as:

- Exclusive CSK branded merchandise

N.B: Incremental Shipping Revenue = New Shipping Revenue - Baseline Shipping Revenue (Before the campaign)
- In the event of a tie, winners will be determined by the highest number of shipments in addition to total incremental shipping revenue.
- Customers who continue to ship in the following months will automatically qualify to enter the Quarterly Rewards Pool, offering additional opportunities to win.
II. Quarterly Rewards
Customers who reach or exceed their monthly targets for at least three months during the promotion period and based on the incremental shipping revenue categories described below, can stand a chance to win:
- CSK signed jersey or CSK Premium Merchandise
- VIP hospitality match tickets to CSK match in the upcoming season at Chepauk stadium
- CSK Stand match tickets

N.B: Incremental Shipping Revenue = New Shipping Revenue - Baseline Shipping Revenue (Before the campaign)
If a tie, we will consider the highest number of shipments along with the incremental shipping revenue.
- Please note, this ticket invitation is exclusive and non-transferable. The entitlements included with the ticket are outlined in the ticket's terms and conditions.
- The dates for the match tickets will be determined solely by FedEx.
- Travel and accommodation costs are not covered.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or any other rewards.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- FedEx shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered by a participant or other parties in connection with this promotion, including but not limited to personal injury and tax obligations that may arise from accepting any of the rewards, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- No liability can be attributed to FedEx in the event of improper use by the participant of the prizes or use by people who are unsuitable due to age or physical/mental conditions.
- FedEx shall not be liable for any malfunction, defect or issue faced with any product(s) or service(s) issued hereunder as prizes for this promotion. All guarantees and limitations issued by the supplier in relation to such product(s) and service(s) shall apply.
- Eligibility to participate in the promotion excludes the directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of FedEx, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the promotion stated herein as well as employees, agents, officers, and representatives of any government department, government owned entity, juristic person funded by any government department, political party or public international organization, or any candidates for political office.
- FedEx reserves the right to require Participants to execute a certificate of eligibility prior to awarding the Participants with any prize, confirming that he/she is not excluded from entry into this promotion pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and that the Participants has complied fully with these Terms and Conditions. Truthful completion of this certificate is a precondition to the award of the rewards.
- By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised by the participant, each participant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database which may be used by FedEx in any media for future promotional and publicity purposes.
- If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures and any other causes beyond the control of FedEx, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, FedEx reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.
- The terms and conditions of carriage in the applicable FedEx Express Air Waybill, in effect on the day of any shipment, shall apply to the shipment. If there is a conflict between the terms of the FedEx Express Air Waybill and these Terms and Conditions, the former will control.
- In the event of any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies with respect to this promotion, FedEx’s decision is final and no other correspondence relating thereto will be entertained or accepted. FedEx will not be obliged to issue any prizes hereunder if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.
- FedEx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
- In the event of any disagreement between a Participant and FedEx Express with respect to interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision made by FedEx Express will be final and no other further correspondence will be accepted. FedEx Express will not be obliged to award the rewards if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.
PRIVACY POLICY
- By participating in the promotion, you hereby consent to Federal Express, its parent and affiliates (collectively “FedEx” for the purposes of this clause), and their authorized agents, service providers and business/Country/ Marketing partners to collect, use, disclose, transfer and share the personal data you have provided (including across jurisdictions) for:
- purposes of conducting and administering the promotion.
- relationship management, sales, marketing, advertising, and promotion purposes which purposes include any other purpose as authorized by you, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
- You also agree that: (i) the consent herein overrides any earlier withdrawal of your consent and will remain effective unless such the consent herein is withdrawn; (ii) the consent herein does not supersede or replace any other consents which you may have provided to FedEx, their authorized agents, service providers and/or business/Country/ Marketing partners; and (iii) FedEx, their authorized agents, service providers and/or business/Country/ Marketing partners may contact you via any mode and media about products and services offered by FedEx regardless of your registration(s) with any do not contact/call registry.
