How can I pay a FedEx Express invoice?

There are five ways you can make a payment to FedEx:

1. Online

You can pay securely online using our payment portal with a range of payment methods available during checkout, giving you more choice in how you pay.

2. FedEx Billing Online

FedEx Billing Online gives you a convenient way to manage your invoices online. You can also pay your invoices securely using the payment methods available.

3. Electronic bank transfer

To pay by bank transfer, please use the following details:

Bank: Banco BPM S.p.A.

IMPORTANT: When making an EFT transfer please ensure you quote your invoice number or when paying multiple invoices include your customer number to ensure prompt and accurate allocation, alternatively send a remittance advice to: pagamenti@fedex.com.

4. Direct Debit

To set up direct debit payments, please get in touch with your FedEx sales representative.

5. Credit card

We're pleased to accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. We offer two options:

  • Link your card to your account for automated future payments via FedEx Billing Online or
  • Pay your invoices online via FedEx Billing Online

Remember, never send your card details by email or in any other written form either to FedEx or anyone else.
