How does FedEx handle shipments that may conflict with the Food Sanitation Law? Please provide details about what I need to do.
You will be required to provide documents, etc. to prove that the contents are not in violation of the Food Sanitation Law. If you are considering importing items that are subject to the Food Sanitation Law, please follow the procedures yourself and request that we handle the food application and food sample take-out after you have prepared all the necessary documents.
