Privacy Policy for FedEx Delivery Manager
Your details including your name, delivery address, email address and mobile telephone number are collected and processed through FedEx Delivery Manager by Federal Express Pacific LLC ("FedEx"), acting as data controller, to manage and improve the delivery of shipments to you and the sending of non-marketing communications to you relating to such shipments (excluding any direct marketing purposes). We may share your data with other FedEx entities located throughout the world solely for the purpose of managing and improving the delivery of shipments to you. This may include cross border transfers of your data, including to countries such as the United States of America which may not provide the same level of protection of personal data as your home country, and, where your consent to such transfer is required, by submitting data to FedEx Delivery Manager you expressly agree to FedEx making such transfers.
Our policy is to not give, sell or otherwise distribute the information collected through FedEx Delivery Manager to third parties outside of FedEx Corporation and its subsidiaries (unless required by law); provided, however, in some cases we may use suppliers to assist us in the performance of our delivery obligations which will involve such third parties using, or otherwise processing for our benefit and under our instructions, the information obtained through FedEx Delivery Manager. Our practice is to require our suppliers to conduct such activities consistent with this policy and our requirements.
FedEx will not use your details submitted via FedEx Delivery Manager hosted on fedex.com for marketing or other purposes not related to the delivery of shipments to you. You have the right to access your data, to ask for their rectification and to object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons, to exercise your right by contacting us using the details below:

FedEx Delivery Manager Supplemental Terms and Conditions
Applicable to all alternative delivery options
Requests for any of the alternative delivery options detailed on FedEx Delivery Manager to apply to the delivery to be performed by FedEx will void the FedEx Money Back Guarantee (if applicable).
A request to change delivery options will only apply to the particular scheduled delivery that we contacted you about. Change of delivery instructions will not apply to your future home deliveries.
Direct Signature is required for all FedEx shipments delivered in Philippines , including all shipments delivered in accordance with the alternative delivery options detailed on FedEx Delivery Manager. FedEx will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is at the address, FedEx will reattempt delivery at another time.
The alternative delivery options that are detailed on FedEx Delivery Manager are subject to the additional terms and conditions and restrictions as detailed below.
These conditions apply regardless of the recipient's method of selection of such alternative delivery options.
All deliveries are subject to FedEx Conditions of Carriage available here.
With the exception of requests to collect your shipment at a FedEx World Service Center (“WSC”) you are solely responsible for ensuring the safety and security of your shipment following delivery by FedEx to your nominated alternative delivery location. FedEx accepts no liability for loss or damage caused following delivery as requested by you.
Please ensure that you provide enough detail to enable the FedEx courier to locate the delivery location nominated by you. In the event FedEx is unable to find such location or deems the location not to be secure (in its sole opinion) then FedEx may refuse to deliver your package as requested. FedEx shall incur no liability in connection with such refused deliveries.
Deliver to my address on a future date
Delivery dates stated on FedEx Delivery Manager are indicative only. FedEx will confirm the revised estimated delivery date via email or SMS notification following receipt of requested change.
Deliver to my neighbour
The nominated neighbour's address must be in close proximity to the address for delivery of the shipment. Failure to adhere to this requirement will affect the performance of delivery and may result in delays.
By submitting the name and address of your nominated neighbour to FedEx you confirm that you have provided the named persons with information relating to the collection, transfer and processing of such data including, without limitation, confirming to them that you will be providing their personal data to FedEx to allow FedEx to process their personal data in connection with the delivery of a shipment to them. The data will not be used for other purposes such as direct marketing. You hereby warrant to FedEx that the new recipient has provided you with their explicit consent to the provision of their personal data to FedEx to be used as described above.
Deliver to a pick-up point
Requests for changes to the delivery location or for collection at the FedEx World Service Centre (WSC) or retail location submitted via FedEx Delivery Manager may lead to a change to the estimated delivery date of your shipment. FedEx will confirm the estimated delivery date via email or SMS following receipt of request.
By submitting the new recipient's personal data to FedEx you confirm that you have provided the new recipient with information relating to the collection, transfer and processing of such data including, without limitation, confirming to them that you will be providing their personal data to FedEx to allow FedEx to process their personal data in connection with the delivery of a shipment to them and, where FedEx requires, to contact them via email and/or SMS in relation to such shipment. The data will not be used for other purposes such as direct marketing. You hereby warrant to FedEx that the new recipient has provided you with their consent to the provision of their personal data to FedEx to be used as described above.
Additional terms apply when selecting pickup point:
1. This service only applies to shipment collection at selected locations. Only shipments weighing 68 kgs or less, and a total declared value for carriage under USD 500, qualify for this service.
2. To use this service, the AWB number and relevant contact information must be provided. FedEx will send out an SMS or email message to the recipient as a proof for the recipient to collect the shipment at the selected pick-up point. FedEx SMS or email message must be shown and customer signature is needed when collecting shipments at the selected pickup point.
3. Customers must pick up their shipment within 2 business days of its arrival at the collection point or the shipment will be returned to FedEx. The delivery commitment day will be extended accordingly.
4. Recipients should take due caution in disposing the FedEx SMS or email message. Any unintended sharing of the FedEx SMS or email message with others may potentially lead to loss of shipment.
5. FedEx reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
