TERMS & CONDITIONS
(“Campaign”)
1.1. “Promotion” refers to the FedEx Acquisition promotion.
2. The promotion period is from 15 June 2022 at 12:01 am Philippine Time and concludes at 11:59 pm Philippine Time on 31 May 2023, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. The Promotion is applicable only to customers who do not have an existing FedEx account and sign up for a new FedEx account any time from 15 June 2022 to 31 May 2023 (“Eligible Customers”).
4. REWARDS.
i.FedEx accounts who make their first shipment within the first seven (7) days or within the first thirty 30 days (shipping online via FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com) after their participating account is opened and pay for the shipment on time will be entitled to receive one (1) PhP500 Gift voucher.
ii.Eligible Customers who make a second shipment within the first 30 days (shipping online via FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com) after their participating account is opened and pay for the shipment on time will be entitled to receive one (1) PhP500 Gift voucher.
5. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer provided by FedEx Express.
6. FedEx Express reserves the right to replace the rewards stated herein with other items of equivalent value without notice. The rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, cash-equivalents or any other gifts, goods or service of value.
7. FedEx Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, or for tax implications that may arise from accepting any of the rewards, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. Eligibility excludes the directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of FedEx Express, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the Promotion as well as employees, agents and representatives of any government department or any government owned entity or any juristic person funded by any government department.
9. By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database which may be used by FedEx Express in any media for future promotional and publicity purposes.
10. The terms and conditions of carriage in the applicable FedEx Express Air Waybill and the Customer Service Agreement, in effect on the day of any shipment, shall apply to the shipment. If there is a conflict between the terms of the FedEx Express Air Waybill/ Customer Service Agreement and these Terms and Conditions, the former will prevail.
11. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
12. If this Campaign is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures and any other causes beyond the control of FedEx, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, With DTI's approval FedEx reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Campaign.
13. In the event of any discrepancies with respect to the Promotion, the FedEx Express decision is final and no other correspondence will be accepted.
14. With DTI’s approval, FedEx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, provided that any such amendment shall not prejudice the participants. In all other cases, FedEx will provide participants with prior notice of any intended amendments to these Terms and Conditions.
15. SHIP NOW SHOP LATER for the period 2022-08-19 to 2023-05-31 is hereby granted under DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-149496 Series of 2022
