CAMPAIGN SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By submitting an entry into this Campaign, you will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

2. This Campaign commences on 15 January 2024 at 12:00 am Singapore time and concludes on 31 March 2024 at 11:59 pm Singapore time. 

3. Entry to Campaign 

• Entry into this Campaign is open to FedEx account holders with eligible shipments during the Campaign Period. Shipment eligibility details are set out in Clause 5 below.
• To enter this Campaign, participants must successfully enroll via the invitation email or submit an entry through the designated online lucky draw enrollment form during the Campaign Period.  
• Multiple entries throughout the Campaign Period will correspondingly count as more chances to win the lucky draw.
• Persons under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. 
• Incomprehensible, objectionable, and incomplete entries will be invalid and will not be eligible to earn entries to the Lucky Draw Campaign. 
• FedEx accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected lucky draw entries including delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

4. Prizes, Selection, and Notice of Winners

• Three (3) lucky draw winners will each receive one (1) out of the three (3) items below:
  1 x Apple iPhone 15;
  1 x Marshall Speaker; or
  1 x Sonos Sound Bar.
• FedEx reserves the right to replace the reward stated herein with other items of equivalent value without notice. The reward stated herein cannot be exchanged for cash, cash-equivalents or any other gifts, goods or service of value.
• The winners will be selected through a random computerized raffle draw conducted by FedEx on June 13, 2024 at 90 Alps Avenue, Airport Logistics Park Singapore 498746.
• The results of the Campaign lucky draw will be notified to each winner through email, and phone call within 7 days from the draw date.  
• Winners of the Campaign lucky draw will receive details on how to collect their prizes after the raffle draw is conducted. 
• In the event that any reward is not claimed by 30 days after the winner is contacted, the items will be forfeited.

5. Shipment Eligibility

• The eligible shipment must meet all of the following requirements:
  • a. Sent from Vietnam to Asia, Europe, Middle East, India Subcontinent, and African countries and territories stated below.

• b. Using any of the following FedEx Express International Services: FedEx International First®, FedEx International Priority® Express, FedEx International Priority®, FedEx® International Connect Plus, FedEx International Priority® Freight, FedEx International Economy®, FedEx International Economy® Freight.
• c.Sent during the date of Campaign enrollment until 31 March 2024.
• Feress, FedEx International Priority®, FedEx® International Connect Plus, FedEx International Priority® Freight, FedEx International Economy®, FedEx International Economy® Freight.
• d. Shipments billed to the Participant’s enrolled FedEx Express account and paid in full during the Campaign Period; Third party paid shipments are included.

6. General

• FedEx shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered by a participant or other parties in connection with this Campaign, including but not limited to personal injury and tax obligations that may arise from accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
• Eligibility excludes the directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of FedEx, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the promotion stated herein as well as employees, agents, officers, and representatives of any government department, government owned entity, juristic person funded by any government department, political party or public international organization, or any candidates for political office. 
• FedEx reserves the right to require the winner(s) to execute a certificate of eligibility prior to awarding the winner(s) with the prize, confirming that the winner is not excluded from entry into this Campaign pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and that the winner(s) has complied fully with these Terms and Conditions. Truthful completion of this certificate is a precondition to the award of the prizes.  
• By entering this Campaign, unless otherwise advised by the participant, each participant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database which may be used by FedEx in any media for future promotional and publicity purposes. 
• If this Campaign is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures and any other causes beyond the control of FedEx, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, FedEx reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Campaign.
• The terms and conditions of carriage in the applicable FedEx Express Air Waybill, in effect on the day of any shipment, shall apply to the shipment. If there is a conflict between the terms of the FedEx Express Air Waybill and these Terms and Conditions, the former will control.
• In the event of any discrepancies, inconsistencies or inaccuracies with respect to this Campaign, FedEx's decision is final and no other further correspondence will be accepted. FedEx will not be obliged to award the prizes if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations. 
• FedEx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
