Service status due to natural disasters

FedEx is closely monitoring Hurricane Maria, Tropical Storm Jose and the impact of the earthquake in Mexico. Our contingency plans are in place and, as always, our priorities are the safety and well-being of our team members and minimizing the effects of potential natural disasters on service. FedEx will be prepared to provide service to the best of our ability in areas affected and as local conditions allow.

The impacts of Hurricanes Irma and Harvey continue to cause hazardous conditions in the south central and south eastern regions of the U.S. Although contingency plans are in place, some service delays and disruptions can be anticipated for inbound and outbound shipments in the south central and south eastern regions of the U.S.

FedEx is committed to providing service to the best of our ability in areas that can be safely accessed.
