Why did I receive two invoices for one shipment?
There are two payment options available for FedEx air waybills. One option covers freight charges, while the other is for duties and taxes. It is common to receive separate invoices for each of these payment options. The freight invoice includes all FedEx charges associated with the shipment, while the invoice for duties and taxes includes customs duties and other import-related expenses imposed by the customs office of the destination country/territory.
