How can I link an account to my user ID?

If you already have an account but haven’t created a user ID:

  • Go to the FedEx homepage
  • Click Sign up/Log in
  • Click Create user ID (for existing customers)
  • Follow the onscreen instructions

If you already have a user ID and want to link an extra account to it:

  • Go to the FedEx homepage and log in
  • Click Manage my profile
  • Select Account management
  • Choose Add an account
