How do I email a shipping label?

You can save the label as a PDF and email it to your customer – just make sure you have PDF software installed on your computer.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Create a shipment on FedEx Ship Manager™ or FedEx Ship Manager™ Lite
  2. Go to the ‘Print label’ page
  3. Select the ‘Print’ option and select ‘PDF printer’

Your labels can be saved as a PDF and attached to an email.
