How to prepare your shipment

Preparing your return shipment correctly helps it get back to the sender without damage or delay. Here's how to do it:

  1. Place the return item back into its original packaging or any other suitable packaging. Need more info on how to pack? Check out our guide.

  2. Securely seal the package and remove any old tags or labels.

  3. Attach the return label to your shipment, making sure the barcode is clearly visible. The return label could be:
  • A printed label inside the original shipment
  • A label you can print off yourself, which includes return information prefilled by the sender
  • A label you can print off yourself, which you need to fill in

If you're not sure where to find the return label, please contact the sender.
