Full Terms and Conditions:

  1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

  2. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a public Twitter account is required.

  3. Promotion Period: Enter during one of the following Prize Draw Periods to be entered into the relevant prize draw:

    Closing Date & Time: 23:59 BST 1st October 2019

    Prize Draw 2 Period
    Opening Date & Time: 00:01 BST 2nd October 2019

    Prize Draw 3 Period
    Opening Date & Time: 00:01 BST 7th October 2019
    Closing Date & Time: 23:59 BST 13th October 2019

    Prize Draw 4 Period
    Opening Date & Time: 00:01 BST 14th October 2019
    Closing Date & Time: 23:59 GMT 27th October 2019

  4. To Enter: Log onto your Twitter account (or create one for free), and tweet using the hashtag #FedExTouchdowns to be entered into the relevant prize draw.

    Entrants must ensure that their Twitter account is set to “Public” for the duration of the relevant Prize Draw Period and remains so for 5 days following the end of the relevant Prize Draw Period. Only entries made from a public account will be valid.

  5. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person and per prize draw during the Promotion Period.

  6. The Prizes:
    a. Prize Draw Period 1 Prizes: 1 x Pair of tickets for the Chicago Bears vs. Oakland Raiders NFL London Game at 18:00 BST on Sunday 6th October 2019 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
    b. Prize Draw Period 2 Prizes: 1 x Pair of tickets for the Carolina Panthers vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers NFL London Game at 14:30 BST on Sunday 13th October 2019 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
    c. Prize Draw Period 3 Prizes: 1 x Pair of tickets for the Cincinnati Bengals vs. Los Angeles Rams NFL London Game at 17:00 BST on Sunday 27th October 2019 at Wembley Stadium.
    d. Prize Draw Period 4 Prizes: 1 x Pair of tickets for the Houston Texans vs. Jacksonville Jaguars NFL London Game at 14:30 GMT on Sunday 3rd November 2019 at Wembley Stadium.

  7.  Further Prize Details and Conditions:
    a. The NFL match tickets are for standard admission only. All winners are responsible for any extra charges incurred whilst redeeming the tickets. The NFL match tickets are only valid for the specified event on the specified date. No compensation will be offered due to inability to attend or delay on the part of the winner.
    b. The venues of the NFL matches are subject to change. Winners will be informed of any such change in advance.
    c. The winners of the NFL match ticket Prizes must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs. If the winner has any wheelchair or similar access needs the Promoter will endeavour to provide appropriate access, but due to limited availability at the venues, this cannot be guaranteed.
    d. The winner and their guest must abide by the Terms and Conditions of the event venue, which will be communicated with or via the tickets and form part of the Prize. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the winner and their guest being required to leave the venue.
    e. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if a winner and/or guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
    f. Unless otherwise stated, all expenses incurred by the winners in the general use and/or enjoyment of the Prize, including but not limited to food, drink, travel and accommodation, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
    g. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with their Prize not specified herein as being awarded.

  8. Winner Selection: Following each of the Prize Draw Periods, 1 winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the relevant Prize Draw Period. The prize draws will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 1 working day of the end of each relevant Prize Draw Period.

  9. Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted by a direct message on Twitter within 24 hours of the prize draw. The winners will be required to respond to the FedEx reply with their email addresses. They will then receive an email from FedEx in order to confirm eligibility, acceptance of the Prize, and provide relevant information as requested by FedEx; The winners must do so within 24 hours of initial contact, unless a different response time is specified during initial contact. In the event that a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 24 hours with the required information, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

  10.  Prize Acceptance: The winners will be contacted within 2 days of acceptance of the Prize to arrange delivery of their Prize.

  11. Entries made using anonymised data (including but not limited to the use of disposable/single-use email addresses, or data masking applications) will be invalidated and will not be entered into this Promotion.

  12. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
    a. are in breach of the Terms and Conditions
    b. contain any content that is offensive, obscene, sexual, derogatory, defamatory, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner, or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication;
    c. contains or refers to any third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;
    d. promotes any political agenda.

  13. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their surname and county of residence to announce the winners of the Promotion. The winners may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during winner notification. Provided no objection has been received, the surname and county of the winners will be made available by sending an email to fedex@goodrelations.co.uk quoting “FedEx NFL Promotion WL 2019” one month after the close of the Promotion, for a period of 4 weeks.

  14. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prizes is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value

  15. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures,  or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

  16.  No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to Twitter.

  17.  This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Twitter, and that Twitter has no liability for any element of this Promotion. By entering the promotion all entrants agree to a complete liability release for Twitter. All entries will be subject to Twitter’s terms of use which can be found at www.twitter.com.

  18. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

  19. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full, will be disqualified and will be not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.

  20. Should an act, omission, event or circumstance occur which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms & Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

  21. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prizes have been awarded.

  22. All entrants agree to release the National Football League and its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., and each of their respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, members, partners, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, and liabilities of any kind resulting or arising from participation in this Promotion and/or acceptance, possession, use, misuse of any prize (including any travel or travel-related activity).

  23. Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless the participants’ positive consent has been obtained. Participants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: http://www.fedex.com/gb/privacypolicy.html.

  24. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

  25. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  26. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.

  27. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
