How do I add a new user to my shipping account?
- Go to FedEx Administration
- Select Users in the left-hand navigation
- Select Create new – you can also import multiple users here
- Enter the new user’s information and login details – at this point, you can invite the new user to fill in this information for themselves and create a new user ID
