How can I link an account to my user ID?
If you already have an account but haven’t created a user ID:
- Go to the FedEx homepage
- Click Sign up/Log in
- Click Create user ID (for existing customers)
- Follow the onscreen instructions
If you already have a user ID and want to link an extra account to it:
- Go to the FedEx homepage and log in
- Click Manage my profile
- Select Account management
- Choose Add an account
