How do I identify my service type?

In Poland, there are two services: FedEx Express and FedEx Domestic (FDS 2.0). If you need support and aren’t sure which service you’re using, you can identify it using the details below:

 

FedEx Express:

  • International and domestic shipments

  • Tracking number: 12 digits (e.g., 123456765432)

  • Booking reference: 4 letters + digits (e.g., BXPA3001)

  • Online tools: FedEx Ship Manager®, FedEx Billing Online

  • Invoice number: 9 digits

 

FedEx Domestic (FDS 2.0):

  • Domestic shipments only

  • Tracking number: 13 digits (e.g., 6233251231247)

  • Booking reference: up to 6 digits (e.g., 9714)

  • Online tools: FedEx Domestic Shipping 2.0, E-faktura

  • Invoice number: letters + digits (e.g., FVS/2022/000574)
