Billing options
FedEx Express will send you an invoice every week for your transportation charges and it will need to be paid by the due date printed on the invoice. Any duty and tax charges that need to be paid will be invoiced immediately, and duty and tax invoices are payable according to the credit terms.
FedEx® Billing Online
This easy-to-use, secure portal lets you receive, manage, track, pay and dispute invoices online. You can:
- Download invoices in PDF, CVS, XML and XLS
- Manage several accounts under a single user ID
- View invoices, credit notes and shipment details online
- Manage your preferred payment options
- Easily dispute invoices online for fast investigation and resolution
- Access data up to 180 days after an invoice is paid.

Credit/debit card
For QR Pay, please scan the QR code in your invoice with your smartphone to pay via credit / debit card. You can also make credit card payments directly or via PayPal with FedEx® Billing Online (FBO). Autopay option is also available in FBO.
Alternatively, you can call our Customer Service team at 1800.743.2626 to make a one-off payment or set up automated payments.
Direct debit
Paying by GIRO is an easy and convenient way to service your FedEx Express account. It follows an agreed payment schedule, so you can focus on shipping.
It's quick and simple to change to direct debit. Please complete the mandate and return the filled out hard copy to us at the following address:

Your payment terms and credit terms will change as FedEx Express shipments will be subject to FedEx Express payment and credit terms. If you are in any doubt about when your payment is due, please review your invoice to see the due date of the payment.
Yes, you will receive separate invoices from FedEx Express and TNT. Any outstanding payment for your TNT invoice(s) should be settled directly with TNT. FedEx Express will send weekly invoices for your transportation charges and they will need to be paid by the due date on the invoice. Any duty and tax charges will be invoiced immediately – duty and tax invoices are payable upon receipt.
There are a number of ways in which invoices can be paid. You can use Electronic Funds Transfer and pay by credit/debit card. You could also use our web-based system, FedEx® Billing Online to pay via PayPal or credit card (selected markets).

If you would like to pay by GIRO with FedEx Express, you will need to fill in a new application form and mail the original to Federal Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd, 31, Kaki Bukit Rd 3, #04-18/19 Techlink S(417818). We will contact you once your application has been processed.
No, payments for TNT shipments/invoices will need to be paid to TNT in the normal manner.
