Fees for on-call package pickup in the U.S. and Canada
Starting September 2025, FedEx will streamline pickup fees charged for package pickups that occur in the U.S. and Canada.
These overseas pickup fees are fuel-applicable and subject to the export fuel surcharge of the originating country where pickup takes place, which is either the U.S. or Canada.
For a payor account registered outside of the U.S. and Canada (except Mainland China), applicable pickup fees will be converted to their bill-to currency using the daily exchange rate and itemized under a new section of the FedEx invoice titled “Express-related Charges” (sample). You may view the detailed rates applicable to pickups in the U.S. (here) and in Canada (here).
Please refer to this website for more details* (English only).
* Regular and automated pickup options are only available to customers in the U.S. and Canada until further notice.
