Since June 8, 2020, we have been imposing a surcharge for manual air waybills for outbound shipments paid in Vietnam. Starting on March 1, 2021, both outbound shipments paid in and outside of Vietnam opting for manual air waybills will be charged VND 131,250 per shipment. The launch of the manual air waybill surcharge will also be a part of our digital initiative going forward. The surcharge will be collected in cash by the courier upon shipment pickup.
