In most transactions, the seller will ship the goods directly from the manufacturer to their buyers in order to reduce the inventory and transportation costs. For business reasons, the sellers may not want to reveal the actual commercial value of the goods to the buyers upon delivery. Here's how the FedEx Third Party Consignee International Priority Service helps.
What is it?
FedEx Third Party Consignee International Priority service (TPC) is our value-added service for those customers who do not want to reveal the actual commercial value of the shipment to their consignees. This service enables deliveries of shipments to end consignees at destinations without a commercial invoice attached.

Who can use it?
Customers from the following countries can send out their shipment with the TPC service:

Which destinations can receive TPC shipments?
TPC shipments can only be sent to the following destinations:

SPECIAL NOTES
| There is no change to our regular operation days, cut-off times and delivery commitment. However, requests for Saturday delivery will incur additional charges. | |
| Country-specific customs restrictions will apply for some Asia countries. Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines and Indonesia would require the original copy of the Commercial Invoice or Air Waybill for certain commodities or high value shipments. | |
| FedEx money-back guarantee will apply. | |
| Both transportation charges and duties & taxes can either be billed to 'Sender' or 'Third Party'. No 'Bill Recipient' option is allowed for payment of both charges. | |
| This service is only available through our regular pickups or any FedEx World Service Centre. It does not apply to Authorised Shipping Centres. |
