Everything you need to know about shipping with our exciting new services.
General service enquiries
FedEx International Priority® Express is a new guaranteed time delivery, door-to-door, customs-cleared service that will see your urgent international parcel shipments delivered by mid-day next-day in selected destinations. In some destinations* like Canada and the U.S., they can even be delivered as early as 10.30am.
You can still use our FedEx International Priority® service for next-day deliveries by the end of the business day worldwide.
The key difference is the greater choice you’ll have over your deliveries. When the new service is introduced, you’ll be able to choose between an express delivery by mid-day through FedEx International Priority® Express, or by the end of the business day with FedEx International Priority®.*
Our other express parcel services offer you early morning deliveries by 8am or 8.30am to selected post codes in the U.S., and by 9am, 9.30am or 10am to major worldwide destinations.
FedEx International Priority® Express will be available from 17 European markets into 23 destination countries.*
From: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom.

*Domestic shipping is not offered with FedEx International Priority® Express. Service availability and exact delivery time depends on origin and destination post codes. Terms and conditions apply.
This new service will give you more choice over delivery times so you can adapt to your business partners’ and customers’ schedules. Together with FedEx International Priority®, you’ll be able to choose from delivery either by mid-day or by the end of the business day in certain destinations.
Our expanding range of express services means you’ll have new opportunities to grow your business in the U.S.
You may already benefit from next-day or two-day delivery by 10.30am to most of the U.S. This offer will remain available with our new FedEx International Priority® Express service.
Soon you will also be able to ship next-day by 4.30pm to the majority of U.S. key business centres* with FedEx International Priority®, which will be available under our late collection booking. We’ll pick up your shipments – to the U.S. and elsewhere – together in one go, providing you with a smooth supply chain process. And that’s not all, for shipments to the U.S. both services are available at equal price.
Combined with our decades of clearance expertise, our strong brand recognition and the exemption of import duties on certain products, it means you can compete with U.S. domestic sellers more easily than ever before.
You’ll be able to ship Dangerous Goods and Dry Ice through FedEx International Priority® Express, but depending on which shipping tool you are using, different rules apply:
If you’re using the upgraded version of our online shipping tool, you will not be able to ship Dangerous Goods and Dry Ice initially, but you will be able to in the future.
