I have chosen the wrong service in FedEx Ship Manager. Can I change it?

You can try the following to change the service type when you prepared a shipment using the FedEx Ship Manager online shipping tool.

If you have not yet printed an air waybill
You can change the service type online.

If you have already printed an air waybill
Please create an air waybill with the correct service and delete the previous air waybill data.
