关税与税金必须由谁支付？

通常，向有关部门纳税有两个选择。第一个选择是收件人直接向有关部门缴纳所有关税与税金，通常应在进口时缴纳。在某些国家/地区，根据进口国家/地区的税收程序或申报类型，可以延期或推迟缴纳。除海关批准的特殊手续外，进口时必须向有关部门缴纳关税。

第二个选择是由FedEx代表收件人向有关部门缴纳关税与税金。然后，我们会向收件人开具这笔款项的发票，包括垫付费/垫付手续费/处理服务费。

如果未收到付款，寄件人将最终负责支付关税与税金，以及与我们代缴关税与税金相关的所有费用和附加费。
