As you would expect for a Company of our size, we have people performing many different jobs that offer various career paths.
The majority of our positions are customer-facing (Couriers, Customer Service Representatives, Sales Professionals etc.), although we have of course other roles (in functions such as IT, Marketing, Finance, Planning & Engineering and HR) that help support the business in achieving its goals.

As well as holding an appropriate driving licence, you will be organised, flexible, accurate and totally customer focused.
Our Customer Service teams are dedicated to understanding each customer's needs and then doing absolutely whatever it takes to help them.
You will be a good listener, patient and kind by nature, with a real desire to help others. Problem solving skills will be supported by your accuracy and attention to detail. Previous Call Centre experience isn't essential…although it will help if you have enjoyed a role with direct customer contact, and are comfortable working in a fast-moving, technologically advanced environment.
Ramp Handler positions (only available at locations with aircraft operations), are a great opportunity for someone looking to pursue an aircraft related career. You will ensure that customers' packages are loaded on and off the aircraft quickly and safely. We will train you with the specialist skills to operate a wide range of equipment, including safety marshalling and directing our planes whilst on the ground. Both positions call for good team players who have excellent attention to detail, a flexible approach and a total commitment to safety.
For this critical part of our international delivery process, you will work closely with Customs officials to ensure that proper checks and processes are completed. Using our in-house computer systems, you will prepare formal documentation for Customs clearance. Naturally we will invest in the training you will need to develop specialist skills.
You will need previous administrative experience along with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to make sound numerical decisions.
As part of the Customer Financial Services team, you’ll ensure our customers understand the charges we have applied to their account and resolve any issues. Talking directly to customers, you will provide information and explanations regarding payment.
You will be expected to resolve problems through both standard and customised solutions, using your excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Sound judgement and common sense will enable you to come to compromise agreements with customers who we want to continue to do business with.

Dependent upon location, there are opportunities for both Field Sales Executives (managing an assigned territory) and Inside Sales Representatives (developing business over the telephone).
As a member of this team you'll be educating clients, professionally assessing their detailed business needs and making expert recommendations for services.
You will of course need to be someone who enjoys working towards targets and goals and who is genuinely motivated by the recognition that comes through meeting and exceeding such targets.
