I have a shipping label and I need to arrange a return. What should I do?

You may contact us to arrange a pickup. If you have been provided with a return label by your supplier, please provide us the 12-digit Air Waybill number from the label.

Alternatively, if you have FedEx account, you can either hand the shipment to our courier at the time of regular pickup, or book online for a courier to pick up.
