Your address is in a FedEx direct pickup area
If your address is in a FedEx direct pickup area, we may be able to bring packaging materials to you at the time of pickup. Please contact our customer service team.

If you have already made a pickup reservation, please have your pickup reservation confirmation number ready.

Your address is outside of a FedEx direct pickup area
We will not be able to bring packing materials at the time of pickup. Please order packing materials in advance.
