Thank you for using and supporting the FedEx Shipping Solution during the pilot period. Since platform testing began in early February, we have received extensive market feedback and many positive suggestions that will allow us to serve your shipping needs better. Based on the valuable feedback, we are working hard to develop a more mature automated shipping solution to be released in the first half of next year. Once it is ready, we will inform you via email.
In the meantime, the FedEx Shipping Solution pilot will be discontinued from October 1, 2018.

Prior to the new shipping solution being launched, we encourage you to use FedEx Ship ManagerTM at fedex.com which offers extensive shipping functionalities. You can access the tool using your FedEx Shipping Solution login account and password. Your address book on FedEx Shipping Solution can be accessed as well..
In addition to the functions provided by the FedEx Shipping Solution, FedEx Ship ManagerTM at fedex.com provides the following support:
- FedEx International Priority® Freight/ FedEx International Economy® Freight services
- Shipping to multiple recipients
- Submission of electronic trade documents
- Saving pending shipment information
- Selection of a customs clearance agent
- Saturday delivery
