With eight Connecticut titles to his credit, Roland has earned more state crowns than any other driver for FedEx Express. This year, he won the 3-Axle trophy. A professional driver for 25 years and a former America's Road Team captain, Roland has surpassed 1.3 million safe-driving miles. Based in Windsor Locks, he is president of the Connecticut Professional Drivers Association. Roland is also active as the vice president of Wishes on Wheels and as an announcer at Stafford Motor Speedway. He and his wife Shirlene have two daughters, Tayler and Katelin, and live in East Longmeadow, Mass.
