What do I do if I’m locked out of my account?

If you exceed the maximum allowed number of failed attempts to log in, wait 60 minutes after the last attempt, and your User ID will be reactivated. If you need additional help, you can contact FedEx Technical Support at 1.877.339.2774. Their hours are:

  • Monday–Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central Time
  • Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time
  • Sunday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central Time
