  2. Choose a complimentary white box for FedEx Express® shipments, or purchase brown boxes, tape and other packing supplies.
  3. Drop off your package at the counter.

Need to pick up a package?

  1. If your package is already being held at a FedEx Ship Center location, head to the pickup location provided. If your package is still en route, choose the Hold at FedEx Location option with the FedEx Delivery Manager® tool or by calling 1.800.GoFedEx  1.800.463.3339
  2. Bring a government-issued ID and your tracking number or door tag to the location.
  3. Pick up your package.

What is the difference between hours of operation and drop-off hours?

Hours of operation refer to the hours the location is open for any pickup, drop off and other services. Drop-off hours refer to the last possible time you can drop-off a package and get it delivered by the desired date or time based on your chosen shipping service. Can I ship dangerous goods or hazardous materials?

Yes, you can ship approved hazardous materials and dangerous goods, including dry ice, paint and lithium batteries. Some restrictions apply. Get more details.

How do I create a label?

What are the differences between the white and brown boxes?

There are 12 FedEx Express white packaging options to choose from, including envelopes, paks, tubes and boxes ranging in size from small to extra large. White packaging is available at no extra cost for use with FedEx Express parcel shipments. Brown packaging is available for purchase in various sizes and shapes, including specialty boxes. Customers are welcome to use this packaging for shipping with both FedEx Express and FedEx Ground.
