Track Your FedEx® Shipments/FedEx OfficeSM Orders via E-mail

You can track the status of up to 30 FedEx® Shipments/FedEx Office orders with just one e-mail request! Here's how:

Instructions for track by tracking/order number

1. Create a new e-mail message. In the "To:" area, type track@fedex.com (it is not necessary to type anything on the subject line.)

2. In the body of the message enter the shipment tracking/FedEx Office order number. To track multiple shipments/orders, you can enter up to 30 tracking/order numbers (one per line or separated by a comma).

3. Send the e-mail.

Instructions for track by reference

1. Create a new e-mail message. In the "To:" area, type track@fedex.com (it is not necessary to type anything on the subject line.)

2. In the body of the message enter "account" followed by a space and your FedEx account number. Only one account number is allowed per e-mail.

3. Enter your reference number. You can enter up to 30 reference numbers at one time (one per line or separated by a comma).

Example 1 (one per line)
account 123456789
123ABC
1122XYZ

Example 2 (separated by comma)
account 123456789, 123ABC, 1122XYZ

4. Send the e-mail.
