Track the status of up to 30 FedEx® shipments or FedEx Office® orders with a simple email request.

Track the status of up to 30 FedEx® shipments or FedEx Office® orders with a simple email request.

Track by Order or Tracking Number

1. Compose a new email message to track@fedex.com — leave the subject line blank.

2. In the body of the message, type your job order or tracking number(s).

3. You may include up to 30 order or tracking numbers in one email. Enter them either:

  • In a single line, with each order or tracking number separated by a comma and space
  • In separate lines, with one order or tracking number per line

4. Send the email.

Track by Account and Reference Number

1. Compose a new email message to track@fedex.com — leave the subject line blank.

2. In the body of the message, type “account” followed by a space and your FedEx account number. Each email is limited to only one account number.

3. Include up to 30 reference numbers per email by entering them either:

  • In a single line following your account number, a comma and space — separate each reference number by a comma and space
  • In separate lines below your account number, with one order or tracking number per line

4. Send the email.
