Merchants can sync stock and prices across sales channels, list and update marketplace offers, and process orders from one panel. Automatic Actions help automate steps such as status changes, customer messages, invoice creation, shipment creation and label printing.
Through Shipping management, users send parcels, print labels and track deliveries. With the FedEx integration, sellers connect their own FedEx credentials to create domestic and international shipments, generate labels, request pickups and receive tracking updates inside Base.com.
The platform also includes warehouse workflows and a large catalog of integrations with marketplaces, stores, carriers and accounting systems. Base.com does not provide courier services itself - it enables merchants to use FedEx and other carriers with their own accounts.
